Return & Exchange
The 30-day promise, made with velvet gloves.
Every treasure that leaves our vault is chosen to be kept for a lifetime — but if a piece does not feel like yours, we will welcome it back.
The 30-Day Promise
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
- Antique and one-of-a-kind items may show age-related wear; such characteristics are not considered defects — they are provenance.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after our curator inspects the returning piece.
What We Cannot Accept
- Final-sale items, intimate apparel, and opened trading card packs cannot be returned.
- Custom gift packaging — including the Royal Velvet Box — is prepared expressly for you and cannot be returned.
How to Begin
- Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and, if relevant, photographs of the piece.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label or courier instructions befitting the item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered for clothing and shoes when the size or color you desire is available.
- For antiques and one-of-a-kind pieces, exchanges cannot be guaranteed — each is, by nature, singular.
