Shipping

From the moment your treasure leaves the vault, it is insured, tracked, and packed to survive centuries — because it may well have to.
Processing Time
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days — inspected, polished if appropriate, and wrapped in your chosen Gift Ritual.
Delivery Methods
- Uber Courier — same-day, white-glove hand delivery within metro areas, for treasures that cannot wait.
- Domestic Shipping — fully insured 2–5 day delivery across the United States.
- International Shipping — a 7–14 day worldwide voyage with full tracking and customs paperwork prepared by hand.
Packing the Treasures
- Antique items receive velvet wraps, double-boxing, and cushioning befitting their age.
- Fragile porcelain and glass travel with custom inserts; clothing is folded in acid-free tissue.
Tracking
- A tracking reference is issued for every order, so you may follow your treasure's procession from our vault to your door.
